Opened in magnum, this "Itération N°23" is grandiose. The nose is surprisingly fresh for a wine that has spent 14 years on laths. Notes range from fresh citrus to vine peach, fresh butter and pineapple. On aeration, fine toasted notes appear. On the palate, this wine, made from only the Grands Crus, combines roundness and length to perfection. Enjoy it from aperitif to dessert.

Founded in 1812 in the village of Tours-sur-Marne, the house enjoyed its heyday under the impetus of Bernard de Nonancourt, a key figure in the region who passed away in 2010. He was the founder of the Laurent-Perrier group, which also includes de Castellane, Salon and Delamotte champagnes. Olivier Vigneron succeeded Michel Fauconnet as cellar master in 2025. The house embodies both tradition and modernity: as early as 1981, Laurent-Perrier was the first to create a champagne without any dosage ("Ultra Brut"), and is currently presenting its highly successful blanc de blancs non dosé. The "Grand Siècle" cuvée is one of the finest in the region.
