Delicatessen Forty-five years dedicated to charcuterie, with many more great years ahead for this shop run by Bénédicte and Alexandre Le Mat. The Cambrai andouillette naturally takes center stage, and nearby you’ll find ficelle picarde, Maroilles cheese tart, and a variety of pâtés.
