Pastry
A pastry chef who has built a fine reputation for himself—a conscientious and imaginative artisan who excels equally in classic creations and original designs. Try his “Versaillais”—a praline-filled hazelnut cookie with dark chocolate mousse—his Black Forest cake, his lemon tartlet, or his decadent “Éclat Noir Intense,” along with his entire range of chocolates. You can also pick up bread, pastries, and macarons here. There are two other shops in Versailles—one on Rue Carnot and the other on Rue de Montreuil—and one shop in Paris, on Rue Guy de Maupassant in the 16th arrondissement.
