Located in the heart of the pretty town of Nemours, the Aufradet family butcher's shop offers a selection of the finest meats from the rich Gâtinais region. Veal and beef are mainly Limousin and Blonde d'Aquitaine breeds, raised outdoors on reasonably-sized farms and fed without GMOs. Lamb from Périgord, grain-fed pork from the South-West and Label Rouge poultry from the surrounding area.
