Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Located at the entrance to Trouville, this pastry shop is now one of the most popular in the resort, founded by two alumni of Ferrandi. Charlotte and Amine have an impressive background—having worked at Lignac and Cagnes, among others—and demonstrate their expertise every day through a range of particularly successful creations. The breads and pastries are absolutely perfect.
