A former mountain guide and lover of the great outdoors, Jean-Jacques Daubert brings his bees to mountainous landscapes still untouched by man. The biological richness of Alpine flora (dandelions, brambles, raspberries, conifers, mountain ash, blueberry bushes, wild thyme, rhododendrons...) is evident in the diversity of his honeys.
