The bakery's industrial loft style immediately conveys the spirit of the house: a craftsman's workshop, committed and transparent in its methods. The store, located opposite Pierre et Marie Curie University, offers a fine range of naturally leavened breads, made with organically grown flours. The stalls also feature seasonal fruit tarts, viennoiseries, cookies and savoury snacks.
