Bakery Jean-Baptiste Lavergne-Morazzini, the eminent young chef at Table du 11 in Versailles, hasn't forgotten his origins, and offers this tasty counter of well-stocked sandwiches with selected products from a distance, but with passion. Shrimp avocado cocktail sauce, ham with truffle wasabi cheddar butter, it may not be very Corsican, but it's very good!
