The MOF-certified pastry chef and chocolatier also runs a shop in this beautiful neighborhood, offering his sinfully delicious creations that blend the two arts at the highest level—such as his “Onde de choc” cake, featuring a vanilla sponge, whipped vanilla-caramel-almond ganache, dark chocolate mousse, and a dark chocolate shell… Other creations for the same sweet tooth include the “Toulouse Lautrec,” “Casse Noisette,” and praline millefeuille, as well as fruit-based desserts like the strawberry cake or the raspberry “ice cube” for summer. There are also jams, macarons, chocolate candies, and even a bit of Kaviari caviar for a complete afternoon treat!
