Anne-Laure Gallois, a seasoned pastry chef, distinguishes herself through her artistic talents in her patisserie-tea room. Her sensibility and savoir-faire are reflected in her delicate, aesthetic and, above all, exquisite pastries! Textures, flavors, delicacies, it's all there! Passionate and inspired, Anne-Laure is constantly creating. Her reinterpretation of the Roulé aux Fraises with lemon-basil cream, or her "Snickers" ice cream (vanilla ice cream, peanut streusel and rock icing), are just two examples. In addition to her dazzling made-to-measure creations for your events (pièces montées, number cakes...), we love her tarts, entremets, macaroons, cookies, including gluten-free and lactose-free, as well as her ice creams and chocolates. Demanding, she makes everything from high-quality raw ingredients, most of them local. An enthusiastic sharer, she offers a wide range of pastry courses in her workshop.
