In his Ateliers des Saveurs, Jean François Munos concocts festive meals, from cocktails to buffets, using fresh, seasonal produce. He has travelled the world, gaining a wealth of experience, and worked in prestigious venues before returning to Carcassonne to set up his own business. He has a vast laboratory in the Estagnol area to satisfy an ever-growing clientele.
