A vast stall at the bottom of a handsome stone building, a huge crowd flocks in for morning viennoiseries and lunchtime sandwiches with excellent homemade bread, as well as quiches, savoury tarts and pizzas. For specials, there's something for every taste, from wholemeal to petit épeautre, from grainy to khorasan, from wholemeal to méteil and buckwheat rice. In the pastry department, flans are very popular, as are fruit tarts.
