Sabrina and Fabrice Lobstein, passionate and experienced bakers, welcome you with a smile to their bakery and pastry shop. Made with wheat, rye, stone-ground, and whole-grain flours, along with carefully selected ingredients, their artisanal breads delight with their authenticity and flavor. From traditional baguettes to specialty breads, there’s something for everyone, including options to meet specific nutritional needs and dietary requirements. When it comes to pastries and brioches, you’ll find classics as well as Alsatian specialties like Streusel and Kougelhopf. Indulge in cinnamon rolls and almond pretzels. A variety of pastries are also freshly baked daily: flans, seasonal fruit tarts, tiramisu, brownies… At lunchtime, enjoy set menus to eat in, featuring salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, and quiches.
