Barthouil père founded this workshop in 1929. The dual influence of the Adour river and the Landes region has enabled him to develop a land-sea know-how that translates into salmon smoking and foie gras preparation. On site, a discovery area is dedicated to wild salmon, with free guided tours. The sales area also features caviar, salmon roe, tarama, boutargue... Shipments available.
