Bakery A "utopian bakery" according to the brand, but one that proves that it's possible to stay true to life with good ingredients and virtuous craftsmanship. Organic bread with natural leavening, focaccias and pizzas, focaccias and sandwiches. Good, fresh, well-made bread (mat, engrainé, wholemeal, fig-nut...), and lunchtime formulas.
