Fabrice Gillotte's bakery and patisserie is a gourmet delight to be indulged at any time of day, with viennoiserie (babka, raisin bread, chausson, financier, madeleine...), hearty sandwiches and lunchtime preparations (focaccia, hot dog, bagel...) and pastries, tarts, entremets and brioches to share (la Grande Louisette).
