Buying from the Foissiat-Lescheroux cooperative butter factory is a habit quickly adopted, for many reasons: firstly, the milk comes from neighboring farms, boosting the local economy, and then there's the wonderful taste of AOC de Bresse butter, aerated by the churn, the thick and semi-thick creams, and the ladled fromage blanc, each in its own way revealing precious local aromas found nowhere else.
