Chocolate factory The resort's benchmark chocolatier, the beautiful presentations, the choice of ballotin fillings, the variety of flavours in the ganaches and pralines, the origins of the bars (Brazil, Ghana, Colombia, Ecuador, Ivory Coast, Indonesia...), but also the macaroons, spreads and other specialities, such as the Bûchette du Revard, Malakoff, orangettes, Tomme de Savoie, Galets du Lac and "atomic bars"..
