Bakery Located on the corner of rue du Soleil d'or, just opposite the market hall, the Duban bakery offers a fine range of breads made from organic Beauce flours. Its flagship product is organic sourdough bread, as well as speciality breads such as integral, cereal and petit épeautre. On the pastry side, you'll find mentchikoff chocolates.
