A family business handed down from father to son for six decades, this bakery and patisserie is a Pont-Audemer institution. Held with a firm hand by Nicolas, the establishment certainly feeds the belly, but above all strives to share quality and good taste, by challenging itself and organizing workshops and meetings with great names in the trade. For the 18-strong team, the leitmotif remains "learning, again and again"!
