Bakery A spacious place to bring together lovers of fresh, delicious bread and family-style pastries, especially those delicious fruit tarts—pear and almond, apple, plum, and more… Also available are individual-sized portions, classics like éclairs and Tropézienne, and, as a specialty, the Bénédictine cake. Among the specialty breads are the “pain écureuil” made with chestnut flour and the “NOrmarin,” made with rye, buckwheat, wheat, buckwheat groats, and flaxseed.
