Description

Bakery His motto? "Clean, neat, square!" Pâtissier-chocolatier, Mattéo Chanroux opened a boulangerie-pâtisserie in June 2024 based on this commitment. With his team, he offers traditional baguettes and natural sourdough breads, made with Label Rouge flours that contain no additives, preservatives or pesticides. The result is regular, honeycombed quality bread with an old-fashioned taste. Among the specials, customers appreciate the forest, Nordic, wholemeal, rye and corn breads. In viennoiserie, the range is very varied. Cakes, cookies and travel cakes are also on offer, along with many traditional 100% home-made pastries, including classics such as flan, mille-feuilles, paris-brest and tarts. Creations in a variety of flavors complete the offer. Mattéo also makes strawberries and vanilla tropézienne, his specialties. Together with his wife, Cheyenne, he has recently opened a second store in Crevant-Laveine, with a fine range of snacks and local products on the grocery stall. Worth a visit!
