After ten years in the Maldives, Paul and Marie-Laure returned to Périgord to set up their organic brewery. They offer 5 products: the "Blonde Chanoine", Belgian-style, with low bitterness and floral aromas, the "Idée Noire", Irish stout-style with notes of coffee and smoke, the "Dame Blanche", very aromatic with the presence of coriander and bitter orange, Mère Supérieure", an India pale ale with a pronounced bitterness and grapefruit aroma on the finish, and "Maya La Balle Chanoine", amber-colored and flavored with forest honey.
