Brewer
A veritable Bisontine institution, the brewery has had an eventful history. Founded in the 18th century, it disappeared in 1966, only to rise from the ashes fifty years later. Situated between the Belgian and German breweries, the brewery stands out for its strictly local origins, using water from Bisont's springs, malts and hops from the Haut-Doubs region, and its organic and artisanal farming methods. Four types are offered: a white, a blond, a redhead and a "special", renewed over the years.
