With the help of the commune, Renaud Stenek has set up his brewery in Chavagnac, complete with store and bar. Using regional cereals, he brews beers that are neither filtered nor pasteurized, and refermented in the bottle. A blonde, a brunette and an amber, as well as seasonal beers like the light and refreshing spring beer with floral notes and a fruity taste.
