Under the direction of Aymeric Tissot, the microbrewery has quickly established itself as one of Besançon's best projects of the moment. Son of the owners of the Tissot estate, the young man has the background and intuition to imagine beer differently, offering indigenous fermentation, maceration and aging in wine barrels. On the shelves: maceration with pinot noir marc, monarde verbena, yellow wine aging, vrille aged for six months on chardonnay lees... The address is also a wine and beer bar.
