Roaster
A passionate coffee roaster who knows how to share and promote his craft, in a well-stocked shop filled with rich aromas. The coffee is prepared daily for a clientele of connoisseurs (including the nearby Alain Passard restaurant). A wide variety of single-origin coffees (Peru, Papua New Guinea, Kenya…), as well as teas and herbal teas, jams, and dried fruits.
