A passion for wine and good products, and the pleasure of sharing them: Etienne welcomes visitors to his cellar and delicatessen with enthusiasm, happy to help them discover unearthed pearls and other sweet and savoury treats. Throughout his career, this restaurateur has retained a love of wine, a desire to discover its mysteries and understand its techniques, managing food and wine pairings and supplies before becoming a sales agent. With his sommelier training under his belt, he's now ready to share his knowledge and passion! Whether you're looking for a gift, an aperitif or a party to prepare, there's plenty to choose from: more than 500 references of wines from small winegrowers in the region (IGP Hautes-Alpes), France and neighbouring countries, quality spirits, artisanal and local beers, rillettes, terrines, spreads, condiments and aperitif products with Provencal flavours... Etienne also works with professionals (preparing menus, advice, supplies) and organizes introductory and tasting evenings, open to all!
