Gault&Millau's review

Bakery In the Saint-Pierre neighborhood, a socially conscious bakery that uses traditional baking methods, including sourdough, a selection of organic flours—mostly from the Hauts-de-France region—local ingredients, and plenty of hand-shaping. It also features a grocery section, workshops for the general public to learn how to make sourdough bread, and training courses for professionals.
