Delicatessen Here, everything is homemade in this traditional charcuterie. From the most traditional dishes in the charcuterie category to regional specialties. Boudins, truffled sausages, stuffed snails - everything from savoury to sweet, including the Lauzerte macaroons that Bonnefous is the only company to make, following the original recipe dating back to the 11th century.
