The Buczek deli and caterer, with its charming red storefront, is a bastion of French artisanal excellence. In fact, it has won numerous medals. At the French Championships: Gold for the wild game poultry terrine, Gold for the duck terrine, Gold for the rabbit terrine, Silver for the rillettes, Silver for the pâté en croûte... Among the other culinary treasures—all made entirely in-house from fresh raw ingredients according to Florian Buczek’s philosophy and exacting standards—are: andouillette, foie gras, and prepared dishes—including incredible lasagna and gratin dauphinois for everyday enjoyment, as well as hot and cold delicacies for your events. “We create savory buffets for up to 500 people,” says Florian Buczek.
