Delicatessen Right in the heart of town, the city’s star deli, whose shop is packed—especially on weekends—with customers flocking for both classic products and homemade prepared dishes. Everything looks absolutely delicious, prepared by the slice—such as pâté-croûte, bouchée à la reine, and salmon shells—or in individual portions. On the menu lately, in addition to pâtés, sausages, award-winning salami, spit-roasted ham, and rillettes: lasagna, Mediterranean meatloaf, guinea fowl breast with foie gras sauce, stuffed tomatoes…
