In 2015, Philippe Lejeune took over this historic Cahors estate and converted it to biodynamic viticulture, with the help of oenologist Stéphane Derenoncourt. Today, Château de Chambert, proud of its 10 centuries of history, is the largest estate in the Cahors appellation to be certified Biodyvin and Demeter, for all 65 ha spread over the three terroirs of the plateau.
