In short, everything to delight you and your taste buds with pure delights straight from the Corsican mountains. The two epicureans also prepare mouth-watering island-style platters to order! Pierre-Paul and Jean-Antoine await you all year round at Ajaccio's typical market, and will be delighted to tell you the story behind each delicacy, as well as offering it for tasting.
