Mon Chocolatier's candies are full of ideas, fun and color. Tas de sel (salted caramel ganache), Bloc d'Ardoise (hazelnut praline puff pastry) in blue combinations, bouquets of chocolate flowers, multicolored macaroons, cointreau-based recipes and mint pastilles, are all on display.
