Gault&Millau's review

Pastry In 2025, La Rochelle-based Nina Métayer, voted Pâtissière de l'Année 2017, opened this address at the gateway to the island she loves so much. For the first time, the boutique now includes a tea room where you can sample her emblematic pastries and viennoiseries, as well as her savoury offerings and exclusive creations inspired by Ré.
