Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory One of Bayonne's great names in chocolate is Cazenave, in this superb central boutique. We rush under the vaulted ceiling to find a little seat on the terrace, to taste the mousseux, a house specialty made with hand-foamed milk chocolate and chantilly. And take home this ocean of sweetness, ganache and praline chocolates, in tablets, ballotins and boxes (€100-120 per kilo), with the classics, all the flavors, and recent innovations.
