Chocolate factory The main store is in Soissons, but the Compiègne location fits right in on the famous Rue Saint-Corneille. The young saleswoman offers great advice, and the chocolates are of very high quality—both the ganaches and the pralines—in a variety of assortments with a wide range of flavors.
