Chocolate factory
The store formerly known as Pâtisserie Gohier became Chocolaterie Gohier when it moved to rue du Recteur Perroud. The philosophy of this young chocolate-loving craftsman remains the same: follow the seasons, wait for the first strawberries, the ephemeral cherries, the apricots golden in the sun, and prefer exotic fruits in winter. As for the chocolate, it's present all year round in a variety of forms, reflecting all the creator's passion: Maracuja and Evanescence fruit ganaches, vanilla-infused ganaches, pralines...
