Chocolate factory
Vincent Strackar, Alsatian-born master chocolatier and confectioner, proves his sense of flavor balance through a preparation of chocolate bonbons with distinctive tastes. The basic products are chosen with precision, with pure chocolate from Vietnam, Tanzania or Uganda. They can be made to order, but it's easier to let yourself be carried away by the house's highly accomplished range: candied fruit coatings (orangettes, citronettes) or dried fruit coatings (mendiants, rochers), "à snacker", or ganaches, truffles or pralines, "à croquer".
