Beekeeper
A beekeeper handed down from father to son since 1965, François-Xavier Ciccoli has taken over the family business to perpetuate the production of PDO Corsican honey. This rare quality nectar comes from 260 plant species endemic to the island of Beauty. Ciccoli honeys respect both nature and traditional beekeeping know-how. In recognition of this, Ciccoli has been awarded the appellation de qualité by the Collège culinaire de France.
