Gault&Millau's review

Chocolate factory Just a stone's throw from Les Halles, the chocolatier is well known. With two stores in Toulouse and one in Lanta, he can delight munchers with his specialities and delicious bites and bars, such as Coquine almond hazelnut and raspberry fruit paste, Diplomate, lemon, hazelnut walnut, Insolente, flavoured with armagnac.. And, of course, all the assortments of ganaches and pralines, tablets, pretty boxes and, for young and old alike, Valérie's Teddy Bear, a cute milk chocolate marshmallow.
