Chocolate factory
Daniel Eynard and his wife Monique welcome their customers to their store in Venelles, where they offer a range of products whose production is mastered from the plantation to the bite-sized chocolate candy. Born into a family of chocolatiers and confectioners in Côte d'Ivoire, this theobromist makes his own chocolate. Plates of chocolate filled with hazelnuts, cocoa nibs, fleur de sel, cocoa-pepper or cocoa-ginger... Candied fruit dipped in a bath of chocolate, ultra-fine chocolate chips that melt in the mouth... Far from fashions, he has forged a boutique of his own.
