At the Place des Lices market, twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays, you'll find an artisanal producer who, since 1964, has been offering an attractive range of products based around the royal fruit, seasoned for aperitifs or for dipping in a sauce, packaged in plain or truffle oils, or in traditional tapenades.
