What would have become of the Nemours poppy recipe without Maison Des Lis? The famous specialty, created in the 19th century from hand-picked wild flowers, was brought back to life in the confectionery in 1996, and has even inspired a range of products with original flavors: poppy-flavored chocolate bars or palets, bite-sized pieces flavored with spices, citrus or herbs, such as chili, black olive, pepper, barley sugar, and a more classic range of chocolate bonbons.
