Winemaker
Domaine Amiot-Servelle is one of those little jewels of Burgundy that make the Côtes de Nuits so great. It is a confidential domaine certified organic since 2008, with a limited production of very high quality. It is located in the famous Chambolle-Musigny appellation, between Morey-Saint-Denis and Vougeot. It includes the famous "Amoureuses" parcel. Christian and Élisabeth Amiot were joined in 2011 by their daughter Prune, an oenology graduate.
