Winemaker
After living in Canada, Christian Moreau returned to Chablis with his Canadian wife Christine and their three children, Philippe, Patrick and Fabien. Christian learned the winegrowing and winemaking trade from his father, Guy. His son Fabien, a 6th-generation winemaker, joined the domaine in 2001, with a degree in oenology. He took over responsibility and management, with 12 hectares certified organic in 2013. The wines produced are always balanced between sharp vivacity and silky touch.
