Winemaker
In 1999, Matthieu Cosse and Catherine Maisonneuve took over vines on the third terraces of Cahors, on limestone scree-clay and siderolithic soils, at Lacapelle-Cabanac, in the Cahors appellation. They gradually expanded their vineyards to 25 hectares. After 18 years of biodynamic viticulture, the soils are in place and the grapes have reached optimum ripeness. Their initial goal was confirmed: to produce great Cahors wines!
