Winemaker
Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet arrived in Roussillon in 2000. She worked at Gauby and Stéphane took over technical management of Mas Amiel. She then set off in search of vines to create her own domaine. She discovered a hillside with white soil, set among black schist. It was called Roc Blanc, because it had a quartz vein. Roc des Anges was born of this duality. It was February 2001 and she was 23 years old. Today, her bottles are snapped up the world over!
