Winemaker
Maxime Magnon is one of Corbières' most talented winemakers. He is writing his winegrowing history in Durban, where he manages his 14 hectares of organically-farmed vines. Maxime makes wines of great balance, with as little intervention in the cellar as possible and always with respect for the fruit. He begins by gaining a better understanding of the local climate and soil, while managing the vines without chemicals.
