Winemaker A large historic estate dating back to 1630, once reserved for monks, hence the name La Moynerie. Thierry Redde and his two sons manage the estate. They grow chasselas vines (AOC pouilly-sur-loire) alongside AOC pouilly-fumé cuvées, classified by terroir, including the latest addition, "Barre à Mine" (high-density vines planted with crowbars). Today, La Moynerie farms 42 ha.
